Chicago Newbie looking for advice!!
Hello,
I am currently interested in buying my first small home. This one house I am very interested in unfortunately does not have a garage. This is somewhat of a big issue for me as I restore cars on the side. The homes adjacent to the house of interest do have garages therefore I am sure that zoning permits there to be a garage.
My question is if someone out there knows the process for constructing a garage and the costs incurred?
The property is located in Chicago Illinois and is in Cook county. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.
