Accessory Dwelling/Tiny House Zoning in Denver

Hey all, I'm looking to potentially add an accessory dwelling or a tiny house on wheels (still classified as an RV?) to a private property in the Denver area so that I can rent out the main house. Would any investors/contractors out there be able to fill me in on the size/zoning  restrictions of such an endeavor and if additional sewer lines/utilities are required? Thanks!

It's funny you mention this, as it's something I considered when I was single. I thought of it as a traveling house hack...never actually looked into it though. I'd be interested in hearing what you find out!

James Carlson my curiosity is insatiable...wish me luck on my discussion tonight haha
