I am looking at a couple of duplexes in the Bryan/College Station, TX area right now. All of them need work and I would like to renovate them using the BRRR method. I currently have a full time job and live in Houston. Does anyone know of any good construction/renovation companies that are investor friendly in the area? We need someone who will do a great job but not break the bank. Any tips would be much appreciated. Thank you!
