Work crew recommendation
We are investors from Texas and have multifamily properties in Texas and Cincinnati. In Texas, we use mainly Mexican labour to do all the maintenance/remodeling on our properties. I cannot find anything similar here. Recommendations? Should we consider bringing up some crews from Texas to work in the Cincy area? Seems like there is a lot of work here. Any thoughts would be great. thanks.
