I am trying to sell my own resident,is a 6 bedrooms 2-1/2 baths gameroom theater room 2 living rooms. ls around 3600 sq feet, it has a huge back yard. ls on the market for $235k is worth around $250k l owe $89k,and l am trying to get $120k free and clear,so if anyone is interest, feel free to let me know,you would be paying closing costs and whatever fees may apply. ls in Houston Tx
