La Quinta Inn and Suites
I was wondering if anyone knew about developing La Quinta Inn & Suites. I looked into it last summer ,it seems like it could be a good option for me to start. Just hire the L&B General Contractor and they build from the company(La Quinta) blueprint. I think it was like 3M to build,and something about already being worth 1.5 million for colleteral. They are usually no more than 5 acres. MY question is Does anyone have expirence or know about the quick build hotels like these? And can I use the land as colleteral ?
