Real Estate development partnerships?
Can you as a small, starting-out developer, partner up with an architect firm, construction firm, and the rest of people needed to make a project? If you are literally starting out, don't have experience, contacts, and maybe are not able to get a construction loan. Also, in that case, would the construction company you are partnering with get the loan through them?
