Modular homes- the unicorn for new development?
Hello BP community!!! 👋 I am curious to know if anyone has any recent experience with modular homes in Washington state. I would love it if you could share things you liked and didn’t like and how you overcame any unseen problems. Also numbers for any completed development would be much appreciated. Thanks BP
