Adding Garage or New kitchen adds value
Hi I just bought a fix and flip house in Denver, I am having to decide with adding a detached Garage or update the Kitchen and also add an additional bathroom. The cost is about the same for both projects can anyone suggest which one will bring a better return. Also which will increase the appraisal value of home.
