Investor friendly Indianapolis contractors

I'm aware that generally, investors do not like to give out their contractors information. I will ask anyway, does anybody know of a reliable, investor friendly contractor in the Indianapolis area? Much appreciated thank you

I have a contractor that i use for repair estimates when i go look at properties.....definitely willing to share..... i can actually give you another option also
