Parcel I have been watching

A parcel of land I have by interested in but wasn't ready to offer is still on the market.

Since it first listed back in 7/18 has changed listing price twice and is up 90k from then.

I'm not understanding the motive of the seller if it's been on the market for so long and they keep raising the price?
