Building a New Development on property i inherit
Hey I recently inherited some property from a family member. The property is 1 acre lot now but some years back it had a SF home on it that was demolished but 3 years ago. I wanted to build a new SF home on it and sell the home, I was reaching out to see if it’s anyone with knowledge and expertise in this field who can offer me tips on how I can go by getting a SF home built on the land.
