I’m looking to invest out of state. Just want to know what are the steps to managing rehab efficiently and safely (so contractors won’t run off with your money)?

@Charlie Chres Licensed professional contractors generally dont let the customer supply materials . We bid a job as a finished product , materials and labor included .   Now if you want a job done time and materials , you are basically hiring an employee .
