Construction or rehab price list

I am investing in Chicago area, especially in the south area. Do you guys know when can I find a list of general prices for construction or rehabs. For example, cost of replacing drywall, tile, replace toilet, vanity, etc. I went to chicago reia meeting in chicago, the host showed a page that show all these general material and labor cost of al these items. It was a tool to help negotiate price with contractor and estimate cost of rehab. Do you guys know where I can find this list with details?? labor and materials. Thank you Any answer is appreciated

I have a spreadsheet in my fileplace that has a list of nearly 500 repair items and unit prices for common repairs you would see on a rehab project.

Otherwise, JScott's Book on Estimating Rehabs also comes with a spreadsheet and is a good resource for learning how to estimate costs.
