Renderings for New Construction

I'm working on building a home on vacant land in Charleston SC and am looking for a draftsman or graphic artist to create a rendering/picture of the house we're building.  The rendering will be for both our own visualization purposes and possibly for marketing.  Does anyone have any good recommendations for a drafter/graphic designer?  Charleston area would be preferable but I'm sure we could work virtually as well.

 Architect does these and as long as we are buying the plan or custom designing the renderings are part of the package.. 

if 0one just wants a rendering of an off the shelf plan .. then I believe most architects are going to charge for that..
