Hvac units direct. Any experience with this?

Hi I’m looking at buying an hvac heat pump and furnace (indoor and outdoor unit) from ac direct aka “ac America”. Has anyone purchased from these guys. It sounded almost too good to be true since I found them adv. on craigslist. I will save tremendously if it shows up as described. Basically I’d put them in place and run the proper ducting (cfm specs) and have a technician come and handle the refrigerant. Anybody have a success on ordering hvac units direct??
