Looking for small 3 bed 2 bath duplex plans

I have a narrow lot and looking to put 2 or 3 duplexes. I’m going with 3 bed 2 bath but want them to be a little smaller in sq footage. They need to be something like 20 x 40-50

I got curious and if you search for duplex home plans, there are a number of websites that show up.  You can do advanced searches for dimensions, bedrooms, etc.
