Hi all! I'm a registered E.I.T. in living in north shore MA and I'm trying to invest in the biddeford/sanford ME area. I graduated May 2018 with a degree in Civil engineering and I am currently working with a utilities consultant in the north shore of Massachusetts.

I was wondering if any other utility focused P.E's were out there to share a time where there stamp benefited there investing career

I'm looking forward to taking the P.E exam in 2022 and I want to be able to use that certification to my full advantage in my real estate investments. Hopefully this post will shed some light in benefits others have taken advantage of!
