RM1-1 Zoning Duplex and Adding ADU
I am looking into buying a duplex property zoned in RM1-1 in San Diego CA with a lot of space in the backyard and would like to know if this zoning allows for a Junior ADU to be built. If it were the case I would live in the Junior ADU and Fully Rent out the Duplex for a completely free househack in CA!
