What to do with my land
I want to get into the real estate game, I own land (4 acres) and was thinking of building an apartment complex, but dont have the money. My questions are, what kind of lender should I look for? After the build, do I refinance? Cash out refinance or...? Or is there a better use for that land besides apartments?
I will appreciate any tips, info, point of views, etc! THANKS.
