Starting a subdivision

Im a new developer in Louisiana and i had some questions regarding developing a subdivision and selling the lots. I found 10 acres of land for $200k thats cleared. I want to do half acre lots so 20 houses. Anybody with some experience know about the costs of doing so? Thanks
