Hello BP, My wife and I have an opportunity to purchase land near our home and we are considering the possibility of building a few modular duplex and/or triplexes on it. I was wondering if you all in the community could share your thoughts because this is the first time we would be getting involved with construction:

Could anyone share their experience and things we should keep any eye for? We are always looking for best practices and was to ensure things go smoothly?

Anyone have suggestions regarding companies that offer these products that service the Dallas-Fort Worth TX area?
