Looking for Duplex Plans.
Did a site search came up short....
Looking for plans to build my first duplex. Spec would be fine just trying to get some bids from contractors and a ROM build cost. Anywhere on the net for free or low cost?

Terry P. Actually the word you mean is stock plans. Spec is short for speculation. You can go on to www.dreamhomesource.com or www.coolhouseplans.com
Rich Weese did a contest on BP to have plans drawn, which was a lot of fun. It was especially great for me, as my sons plan was chosen :)
