Hello. While having access to many Lenders with market pricing, what's the best way to source private capital for real estate projects that prefer equity Partner vs. a typical hard money loan? Are there groups, angel Investors, silent financial partners, equity partners ready for equity position and where do you find them? What's the best way to get a good group of Capital guys to refer to? I've tried google but Angel Investors are usually for startup company investments etc. Thanks in advance.

Be careful with talking about active deals openly, for one, and for two, be careful on BP's forums. There is a deal forum for that type of thing.

Money is really raised before you have the deal. Building relationships with investors, finding those you can help, and getting soft commitments is best done before you have a deal. You can find potential investors online and at local networking events.
