Raw land development questions
Hi everyone, I am looking for some help.
I have never done a development deal. Only flips, wholesale, and sales as a realtor.
I have come across an opportunity to purchase 20-60 acres of land I would really like to develop or at least wholesale.
What should I know? It looks like it needs to be rezoned etc.
Any insight would be appreciated I am in the Minneapolis market.
