Plat Drawing Questions
So I got to see my first plat drawing of a Development I am looking at getting into as a builder. Along with perimeter width and length dimensions it had in the middle, TF= 56.75, VO= 53.42
VO I think means View Out, TF ? And what these dimensions are? I didn't see set backs?
Not even sure what this drawing is called, but it was about 24" X 24" laminated showing all the lots, streets, lake, etc?
