Akron, Ohio contractors experienced in rental conversions?
I am looking at a property that is classified as 2 units. The owner added to more units that are not up to code so obviously it isn’t classified as 4 units. Does anyone know a contractor in or around the Akron, Ohio area that has experience with converting rental properties that need to be brought up to code in this manner. Thank you.
