Experience in Land Devp &architecture design in W. WA?

Does anyone have experience in raw land development or have recommendations on architecture designers? I have 100 acre Timberland near Forks WA, would like to partner with professionals to develop 20-40 acres of the land， and build cabins and or bednbreakfast inn there.
