Hello BP family I have had my fun in rehabbing homes now I want to get into new construction, for example me building a new home and selling it for a profit. If anyone is familiar with the process of building new construction I would love to hear it from you and also what tips you would have for someone trying to get into new construction and selling them for a profit. I look forward to hearing yall process and some tricks and tips!!

Not necessarily.  You have experience with the finish work I’m guessing from your experience in rehabbing homes? You find a builder who can do the foundation and framing at a good price.  Then you can step in and manage the finish trades from there.  
Trying to do the entire job alone without the start to finish experience may kill and savings you might get from not paying a contractor.
