Anyone done second floor addition in Ontario, Canada
I’m looking at a project that may include doing a second story addition on a 1960s bungalow, wondering if anyone’s done this in Ontario and has any tips and things to look for as well as an approx. cost per sqft for the new construction (second story) it would include bedrooms and bathrooms and would be around 700-800sqft.
