Is anyone using SBA loans to develop and hold assets like self-storage facilities?

Do a search on here for 'Henry Clark' He's currently cataloguing a play by play new development storage facility, and mentions several times the value of using SBA financing. Like Pavan mentioned above SBA is for business so the key (I think) is you need to pursue a business with a development option that also requires/allows you to build the facility. Rental housing doesn't qualify since it is an investment, but building a storage facility business does. I'm sure the same could be for hotel, retail sales operator, etc.
