Determining Building Capabilities
I’m starting to look into buying land near a lake we love to build our home as well as vacation rentals. How do I research how many toilets can be on land? Is there a limit provided it’s serviced by a sewer? Right now, I’m looking at a 8 acre lot. I’m researching being able to have our home with 3 bathrooms, then 4-6 bungalows with a bathroom each. Is there a limit to bedrooms? I know that will affect taxes. I’m new to construction. We landlord small family currently.
