SFR to MFR conversion and cash out refinance

Hi, Im converting a single family house into a multifamily house after building three new adu's on it. Will banks be willing to do cash out refinance on the new MFR? Does anyone have experience w how rates will change and how property will be valued? (Based on new rental cash flow)?
