Second build in Chanute, KS
After my duplex was built, I decided to try an build smaller more affordable places here in Chanute, KS. They will be 4 Plex, one bedroom ~500 sq. ft. apartments. It has been a learning experience. The area is a very empty section of town. The city has torn down so many houses that there are lot after empty lot. Now the city is crying that there isn't any place for people to live.
