Should I build or buy?
I'm having trouble finding literally anything in the state of Arkansas. I even went around to 6 different real estate agencies seeing if they may have any hidden or fresh deals and nobody has anything at all. Seems my only option is to build, which I'm fine with, but I see alot of things telling me not to build and nothing telling me why?
Ide like a little info on the reasoning behind building vs buying considering building seems to be my only option. Any videos or books yall could recommend on the subject would be noted, and any info yall would have on what it takes to build a unit would be noted as well.
