Boots on the ground - Looking for advice

Luis Silva
Posted

Hello fellow investors!

I work for a team that recently put a property under contract in Lake Lure, North Carolina. We are all excited about it. We have a bunch of renovations planned for it, that will take up to three months. The problem we currently have is none of us actually lives in NC. My boss will be the person visiting and overseeing the projects being done, but he lives in Louisiana, and his availability to fly there is somewhat short. Does anybody have any advice on how to find someone to hire to be our "boots on the ground" during the renovations? Are there people that do this kind of work specifically? Any website or Facebook group that could help? Thank you so much!
