Screening tenants in NJ

Greetings all!

I’m almost finished renovating my first rental property.

Does anyone have any suggestions on screening tenants? This is for a long term rental venture in NJ.

Im sure this question has been asked a million times, but wasn’t sure if there were any resources I can resort to for a seamless screening process?

@Zack Elaroussi I use Innago to screen tenants in multiple states. Give them a try, I know they work in all 50 states.
