I am a nyc resident that has family in Orlando. want to get a turnkey property to invest.

are there any reputable turnkey providers that serve the Orlando market?

I bought a turnkey property last year and had a great experience. The property was sold by @Zach Lemaster and his team at RentToRetirement. I am always reviewing the inventory to see what opportunities are available as I am saving for my next investment, and I noticed they offer turnkey vacation properties in Orlando. I have not done any research on these opportunities specifically, so I will let @Zach Lemaster and his team handle the details on that. FL in general is an excellent market to be investing in right now.  Orlando is on the higher side for price point, but we are still very active there in the turnkey, new construction & short term rental space.  There are many other locations throughout FL that have excellent opportunities as well with more affordable entry points.  Are you just looking at Orlando because you have family there?  Part of the benefit of going with a true, full service turnkey provider is that you can invest in the markets that offer the best returns, and not be limited to invest in locations where you live or know people.  Feel free to reach out & I'm happy to answer any questions you have at any point in time.

@Andrew Brown  Where is your family in Orlando and where do you want to invest?  I have multiple rentals in the SE area and know connections there for LTR.  I would be happy to pass on your contact if that is what you are looking for.  As @Shawn McCormick noted, the market is on fire here and rents have gone up but not as fast as the price of the homes.

HI @Andrew Brown if you are looking for STR, virtually all will come fully furnished and turnkey, most with full calendars and future income in place. This will go for condos, towns and single family.

For LTR, that is a little tougher, I used to know of several companies that did it, but they usually rehabbed the property after purchasing it below market and then placing tenant and provide property management. Now the the wholesale market is so tight with inventory and margins are so thin, I don't see them much anymore, but I'm sure some still do it.
