Title companies in San Antonio?

So, I’m looking for a good title company that works with Real estate Investors. Does anybody have some recommendations?

If you need to assign a contract and you’re not trying to retire on one deal. Meaning you leave a lot of meat on the bone . I think I know someone that would be interested in buying your contracts. Wink wink 😉 lol

The last number of Whole Sellers that contacted  me  trying to assign contracts that had negative meat on the bone. I’m not exactly sure how they can make a living a assigning contracts that are dogs for full price.

@Joe S. I’m looking for a title company to help with the contract assignments or even an abc close. Most title companies don’t do them or have no idea about them. Depending on their knowledge of investment banking.

I used My Title Company of Texas once and I was very impressed. They would call me to remind me to order things and such instead of me having to call them to get moving haha
