I am leaning towards long distance investing due to the high pricing of my current location NJ. Any feedback on areas for single family or multi unit properties within the $100k range ? Goal is buying multiple units for 2022.

Indianapolis is a great market for what you're looking for. Great fundamentals, high growth potential, and low barrier to entry. Tons of 2-4 units too.
