Loans for International House building?
Been building houses in Mexico, and we have successfully build and sold two, I am currently making 20% ROI, the build time is 8 months selling time is 2 to 4 months, and 2 months waiting for payment,
I would like to scale my business and even get a loan for this type of constructions, however since it's offshore I am not sure how to manage it, should I request a personal loan? or create an LLC and look for a loan to the bank? has anyone had experience managing this type of situation before?
