Short Term Rental Berkeley Springs, WV

Does anyone have experience with short term rentals in this area? It has peaked my interest and looks to be a growing tourist destination from research I have done. Property inventory seems to be quite low right now. Also looked into building a cabin but was told the company had a 3 year waitlist.
