Gulf Coast Texas - Galveston County
I am currently in escrow on my first BRRRR property in Galveston County. I am an out of state investor. Two questions...
1. Anyone have any recommendations for a contractor? I plan on doing more properties in the area, but this is a relatively light rehab flooring, paint, master bathroom, and some misc carpentry items.
2. Anyone have any recommendations for windstorm insurance? I found out today my hard money lender is requiring. I found the agents listed on the TWIA website, but would prefer a recommendation over my cold calls to agents.
