Rehab cost estimates

Hello my name is Cory Chaney and I'm a new investor in the Charlotte and surrounding area here in NC. I'm working on building a rehab cost estimator spreadsheet and was wondering if any one on bigger pockets already has the average costs plus labor for common materials (laminate, granite, sheetrock etc.) for today's prices in the Charlotte market. I want to include in my spreadsheet 3 columns for low end, mid grade and high end upgrades as well. Any thing helps
