Experience working with OmniKey Realty in DFW area?

Does anyone have any recent experience working with OmniKey Realty?  I’m looking into buying new properties in DFW and Denison with them, but am wondering about their property management.  Their proformas highlight 2.5% monthly repairs, which is extremely low.  If you invest with Omnikay, are you overall satisfied with returns and their ability to get units occupied?
