My name is DJ Olmstead and I have been involved with residential real estate for a couple years now and want to step more into the investment world. I reside in Phoenix, AZ where I still actively complete residential transactions. I have done 1 wholesale deal and want to build my network and database to get more involved in the wholesale and flip markets.
