Deal structuring help
I have a friend who wants to sell her 2/2 townhouse instead of just renting it out herself (doesn’t want to deal with the work). How would you guys structure the deal where everyone is happy? She’s open to partnering on it but be hands off. She owes about 30k left on it. Worth is about 150-170k.
