Auction Property Rehab Cost
Please advise if anyone has utilized an estimating company to review or put together a budget for a property being auctioned. The property is occupied and therefore does not allow for it to be viewed prior to the auction.
Property is in South East Florida and am searching for someone with experience with auctioned properties.
