Need more understanding about the refinance step of BRRRR
I'm a new investor and I've been reading doing some research on the BRRRR strategy and was wondering how does the refinance step work? I know that you'll be taking out a larger mortgage by borrowing more money than you owe under your current loan to pay off current home loan off. Any information would be helpful, thank you.
