How important is it to have a PM that understands what's important to you as an owner? Soon to have over 10+ doors and the  search continues, please help if you know of one in the Cleveland area.

Your property manager is going to have business systems in place, and a value system, more than likely you need to fit into their system than the other way around.

After you define what is important to you maybe there is one out there that is a match.
